1 lb lean ground beef |
1 egg |
1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, cheese-grated |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper |
splash water |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. in large bowl combine all ingrediants. 3. mix all ingrediants. 4. roll about 15 meatballs. 5. place on baking dish. 6. bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. |
