Easy Baked Ham N' Egg Casserole |

This is a popular Southeastern USA breakfast casserole that may be refrigerated overnight before baking the next morning. Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten |
6 slices ham, cubed |
6 slices bread, cubed |
2 cups milk |
1 cup cheese (use grated lowfat for health) |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
1 teaspoon onion, minced |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan or dish. 3. Mix ingredients well. 4. Pour into greased baking pan or dish. 5. Bake for 45 minute. |
