You will have to taste it to believe it. Soooo Gooood. Ingredients:
2 cups diced fresh tomatoes |
1 can garbanzo beans, undrained |
2 large onions, sliced |
1 green pepper, diced |
1 1/2 cups dry white wine |
5 cloves fresh garlic, peeled,minced |
1 bay leaf |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 1/4 cups grated monterey jack cheese |
1 cup grated romano cheese |
1 1/4 cups heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Butter a 3 qt. 3. baking dish. 4. Combine all ingredients except cheese and cream. 5. Cover casserole and bake for 1 hours. 6. Stir in cheese and cream, lower heat to 325 and bake for 15 minutes more. 7. Do not let this soup boil. |
