I love these cause they are super easy. I not only make them for Thanksgiving, I keep them in the freezer when I make a turkey sandwich special! I have switched out the brandy for orange liquor, but it's up to you and your taste. If you don't want to use the alcohol, then just substitute water. You just throw everything together in your baking dish, and you can serve in that dish too. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brandy |
1 tablespoon orange zest |
1/8 cup orange juice, just squeeze the juice from the orange you zested |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together. 2. Bake uncovered at 325* for 1 hour 25 minutes. |
