Easy Baked Chicken Potatoes And Carrots |

I made this today in a reynolds oven bag in the oven. Ingredients:
1 reynolds oven bag, large |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 whole chicken |
bunch of baby carrots |
4 potatoes peeled and cut in half |
salt to taste |
lemon pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Shake flour in cooking bag; place in 13x9x2-inch pan. 3. Place chicken in cooking bag. 4. Add potatoes and carrots. 5. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper, paprika and salt. 6. Close oven bag with nylon tie, cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. 7. Bake until chicken is tender and potatoes and carrots are cooked, about 1 1/2 hours. |
