Easy Baked Beans for 1 or 2 |

I wanted some real baked beans for dinner, but didn't want the leftovers from making my usual recipe since I was only cooking for 2. I played around and came up with this tasty scaled down version perfect us. This is even easy enough for busy weeknights. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon dried onion flakes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in small oven-safe dish. 2. Bake uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes, give or take a few minutes depending on whether you like your beans soupy or thick. |
