Very easy side dish. Recipe can be double and taken to a pot luck. Ingredients:
1 28 oz can of pork n beans |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/8 cup mustard |
1/4 cup brown sugar (not packed) |
half medium onion sliced |
4-6 pieces of bacon sliced in half ( my family loves the bacon) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Drain half the liquid from the Pork N Beans. 3. In a baking dish add Pork N Beans, ketchup, Mustard , brown sugar , and sliced onion. 4. Mixed well and top with bacon 5. Cover with lid or tin foil and bake for 30 mins 6. Remove cover and cook for an additional 15 or until bacon is crispy |
