Prep time doesn't include soaking beans, I quick soak but you can soak them all day. Ingredients:
1 lb dried pinto bean |
1 large onion, diced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Soak beans. 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. In a casserole dish, mix ingredients. 4. Bake, covered for 45min to an hour or until bubbly. |
