Here is simple, easy and tasty way to make Salmon. From my travels to Alaska, I came across this recipe from locals. Great to serve as an entree' with some fresh veggies..Make sure you ask your butcher to debone this beauty! Read more ! You can also cook ahead and add as topping for a great salad. Ingredients:
1 whole salmon fillet |
1 lemon |
1 tbs dill |
1 tbs fresh parsley |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
salt & pepper to taste |
1 onion, sliced |
1 cup of your favorite white wine |
Directions:
1. Spray large baking dish with Pam 2. Put fillet in pan, Salt and pepper lightly. Season with dill and parsley. Spread mayonnaise over fillet. Place onion slices on top and squeeze fresh lemon over top. 3. Pour your favorite wine in the bottom of the pan and cover. 4. Bake at 350 For approximately 20-30 minutes or until salmon flakes. |
