Dill and parsley liven up this simple salmon. Ingredients:
10 oz salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces |
1 cooking spray |
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice |
1/2 g dried dill weed |
1 tsp chopped parsley |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. 1 Rinse the steaks well in cold water and then pat them dry with paper towels. 2. 2 After placing the steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray, brush the steak with lemon juice. Sprinkle them evenly with the dillweed, parsley, and pepper. 3. 3 Bake for roughly 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
