Yummy, smooth, good!! Ingredients:
3/4 cup half-and-half cream |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Bring cream, milk, salt and garlic powder to a boil. 2. Add potatoes; reduce heat. 3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender. 4. Remove from heat; stir in pepper. 5. Pour into greased casserole dish. 6. Sprinkle with cheese. 7. Bake, uncovered, at 400* for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. |
