Serves 4 as a starter Ingredients:
2 14-1/2 oz. cans low sodium chicken broth |
1 cup uncooked fine egg noodles |
1 cup chopped, cooked chicken breast |
1 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
chopped green oinions, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a soup pot, bring broth to a boil. 2. Add everything else except the green onions 3. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked 4. Garnish servings with green onions if desired |
