Another quick and easy dessert from the archives of my moms kitchen! Stir it up, put it in a pie crust, and let it chill...couldn't be easier! Ingredients:
2 ready made graham cracker crusts |
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 large container whipped dessert topping |
1 cup pecans |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1 can condensed milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour into two prepared graham cracker pie crusts.
3. Chill at least one to two hours before serving.
