This is a very nice dip to serve for company, parties, or just for the two of you! ;o) Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 cup mayo |
1 cup grated monterey jack cheese, but really, any favorite cheese sounds good...cheddar, maybe |
Directions:
1. Mix together and bake at 350 for 25-30 mins til brown on top and serve warm with nacho chips. |
