With the holidays around the corner, here is a recipe that is very simple and a nice change from all the holday chocolate & fruit cakes. Ingredients:
3 (6 ounce) packages dried apricots, diced |
1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine apricots, coconut and pecans in a large bowl. 2. Add sweetened condensed milk, stirring well. 3. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and roll each ball in powdered sugar. 4. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. |
