Easy Apple Pie With Graham Crust |

this is good Ingredients:
1 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts (use keebler for this) |
1 egg yolk |
1 (19 ounce) can apple pie filling |
1 cup chopped pecans, divided |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Brush the bottom and sides of the crust with egg yolk and discard any leftover yolk. 2. Place the crust on a baking sheet. 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. 4. in a medium bowl combine the pie filling with 1/2 cup chopped pecans, then spread into the pie crust. 5. In a small saucepan combine the remaining 1/2 cup pecans, brown sugar and butter; cook over medium heat until boiling, immediately spread over the pie filling. 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. 7. Let cool slightly before serving. |
