Fast and sweet! Ingredients:
2 cups granny smith apples (pared, cored and sliced, or use your favorite cooking apple) |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup natural apple cider |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Bring apples, brown sugar, and apple cider to a boil, then simmer gently for one hour, stirring occasionally. 2. Remove from heat, add cinnamon, then mix in a blender or food processor until smooth. |
