THIS IS JUST A NICE VARIETY OF LITTLE SANDWICHES I USED TO MAKE FOR PARTIES (NOTE- COOK TIME IS FOR BOILING THE EGGS) Ingredients:
4-10oz cans of chunk white chicken |
2 cans of chunk ham |
4 hard boiled eggs |
2 small cans of crushed pineapple - drained |
cashew pieces |
real bacon bits(like hormel in a jar is fine) |
chopped celery |
mayonaise |
salt and pepper to taste |
2 loaves of rye party bread |
2 loaves of pumpernickel party bread |
Directions:
1. YOU WILL NEED FOUR SEPERATE BOWLS FOR MIXING 2. * NOTE- MAYO - CELERY - BACON BITS ARE ALSO TO TASTE* 3. 1ST BOWL -ADD 2 CANS OF CHICKEN MAYO .CELERY SALT AND PEPPER - CASHEWS- MIX WELL 4. 2ND BOWL-OTHER 2 CANS OF CHICKEN -MAYO-CELERY PINEAPPLE -SALT AND PEPPER-MIX WELL 5. 3RD BOWL - 2 CANS OF HAM -PINEAPPLE-MAYO-SALT AND PEPPER - MIX WELL 6. 4TH BOWL - HARD BOILED EGGS CHOPPED UP - MINUS SHELLS-(HA HA)MAYO- BACON BITS AND PEPPER ONLY-BACON ADDS IT'S OWN SALT . 7.
