Easy and Quick Salmon Patties

This is recently adopted recipe, and as soon as I make this, I will come bake and make the neccesary adjustments.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 dash pepper
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can pink salmon, remove bones and skin if desired
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Form into patties that resemble hamburger patties.
3. Brown in oil on both sides for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
4. I serve mine and most like ketchup poured over the top, just depends on your taste buds!
