Easy and Quick Salmon Patties |

This is recently adopted recipe, and as soon as I make this, I will come bake and make the neccesary adjustments. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/2 cup cornmeal |
1/4 cup flour |
1 dash pepper |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can pink salmon, remove bones and skin if desired |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Form into patties that resemble hamburger patties. 3. Brown in oil on both sides for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. 4. I serve mine and most like ketchup poured over the top, just depends on your taste buds! |
