A healthier alternative than frying. Kids and your company will enjoy these for sure! Serve along with some favorite dipping sauces Ingredients:
420 g chicken breast fillet |
60 ml buttermilk |
1/2 cup corn flakes crumbs |
1 1/2 tbs flour |
salt and pepper to taste |
tabasco sauce to taste |
2 tbs olive oil for drizzling |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F, 2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray 3. Cut breasts into chunk size pieces 4. Mix the buttermilk with some Tobasco sauce 5. Dip chicken into buttermilk and then into crumb mixture ( crumbs and flour, salt and pepper ) 6. Lay the chicken on the baking sheet, drizzle with a Tbs of the oil for each side. 7. Grill the chicken 15 minutes per each side or till gloden and done 8. Serve at once and have on hand your favorite dipping sauces to serve with the chicken |
