Easy And Delicious Mountains Blueberry Cake |

Yummy Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 eggs, separated |
1 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/3 cup milk |
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries |
for topping |
1 cup soft brown sugar |
4 tbsp plain (all purpose flour) |
5 tbsp cold butter |
Directions:
1. Cream margarine with 3/4 cup of the sugar. 2. Add salt and vanilla. 3. Add egg yolks and beat until creamy. 4. Sift 1 1/2 cups flour with the baking powder. 5. Add alternately with milk to egg yolk mixture. 6. Beat egg whites until stiff, and add remaining sugar. 7. Coat berries with 1 tablespoon flour and add to batter. 8. Fold in egg whites. 9. Pour into a battered 8 inch square pan. 10. Sprinkle with more blueberries 11. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the blueberries 12. To make Topping: 13. Mix ingredients well. 14. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
