Easy and Delicious Corn Fritters

This is a recipe that I've developed through trial and error. These taste best when served piping hot, so be sure to make these just before you're ready to sit down to eat. Simply delicious! :)
Ingredients:
1 (540 g) can creamed corn
3 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 lightly beaten eggs
salt
oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except the oil.
2. Drop by tbspful into the hot oil.
3. Turn.
4. Turn again when golden brown.
5. Drain.
