1 cup honey |
1 cup peanut butter, all natural or 1 cup your favorite nut butter |
1 cup carob powder |
1 cup toasted sesame seeds |
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup currants |
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds and sunflower seeds until fragrant, set aside. 2. Warm honey until it reaches a mixable consistency, and slowly mix in peanut butter until it is well incorporated. 3. Fold in remaining ingredients. 4. Press entire mixture into a 8x8-inch pan. 5. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour or up to 1 month or freeze! |
