The easiest recipe I know! You can change up the flavor of the muffins by using different flavors of ice cream. Try ice creams with mix-ins of candy or nuts, swirls, the possibilities are endless! Plain ol' vanilla is the standard. Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour |
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened |
Directions:
1. Beat until smooth, spoon into greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
