3 (11-oz) cans tomatillos |
1-2 fresh jalapeño peppers, stem removed |
3 garlic cloves, peeled |
1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh cilantro |
1 large onion, coarsely chopped |
2 teaspoons coarse salt |
juice of half a lime (or use the whole lime – up to you) |
Directions:
1. Purée all ingredients in a blender. 2. Makes about 3 cups. |
