This is wonderful. I serve it as a side with ham or pork, or as a dessert spooned over coconut ice cream. YUMMMMMM! Ingredients:
3/4c. sugar |
1 large can crushed pineapple |
2t. cornstarch |
2 eggs; beaten |
1/4c. water |
1t. vanilla |
butter |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together & put into casserole dish. 2. Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon. 3. Bake 350F for 30-45 minutes. |
