A simple and easy pie to have for Easter dessert Ingredients:
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust |
1 package cream cheese, softened |
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk |
3/4 c. cold water |
1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla flavor pudding mix |
1 1/2 c. cool whip, thawed |
16 miniature chocolate eggs |
jelly beans and coconut for garnishing (optional). |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. 2. Gradually beat in Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth. 3. Add water and pudding mix. 4. On low speed, beat until smooth. 5. Gently fold in whipped topping. 6. Spoon 1/2 of filling into pie crust; top with chocolate eggs, (optional). 7. Top with remaining filling. 8. Chill 3 hours. 9. Garnish as desired. 10. Store leftovers coverd in refrigerator. |
