Ingredients:
1 whole bone-in ham |
12 ounces pineapple juice |
2 cups packed brown sugar |
1 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Place ham in roasting pan. 2. In saucepan, bring remaining ingredients to a boil. 3. Pour over ham. 4. Bake, uncovered at 350°F for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, basting occasionally. 5. Cover with a foil tent if ham is getting too brown. |
