Ingredients:
6 cup(s) coleslaw mix 1 16oz bag |
1 yellow pepper chopped |
1 red apple chopped |
1 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) cider vingar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combne first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Preferably 6-8 hours or overnight. |
