Ingredients:
6 cup(s) coleslaw mix 1 16oz bag
1 yellow pepper chopped
1 red apple chopped
1 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) cider vingar
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combne first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Preferably 6-8 hours or overnight.
