Another decoration only post but the picture is adorable! From joyofbaking... Actual yield is however many cupcakes you need, I suppose. Ingredients:
carrot cupcakes |
cream cheese icing |
sweetened coconut |
green food coloring |
assorted easter candies ' ' peeps, jelly beans, pastel necco wafers, etc. |
Directions:
1. Bake and ice (or buy) the cupcakes.
2. Color coconut green with food coloring.
3. Sprinkle cupcakes with green coconut.
4. Add Easter candies of your choosing.
