easy good later to use with french toast.. Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm milk |
1/2 cup warm water |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 lemon, zest of, grated |
1 teaspoon fresh orange juice |
1/4 orange, zest of, grated |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) |
2 large eggs |
1 whole egg yolk |
1/2 cup room temp. butter |
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
3 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon anise seed |
Directions:
1. Mix according to your manufactures instructions. 2. Adding the anise seeds after first kneading and signal. 3. Add flour if needed or drop of milk if needed upon mixture, to form a nice soft ball of dough. 4. Place on sweet bread setting dark crust. |
