I found this recipe on crock- after I got a crock pot for my dorm room Ingredients:
6 -8 chicken breast halves (bone-in) |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1/3 cup orange marmalade |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in stoneware. 2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 3. Cover cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 to 5 hours. |
