6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1/3 cup orange marmalade |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in crock. 2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, orange marmalade, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Pour over chicken. 3. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 5 hours. |
