East-West Asparagus Salad |

From Dom DeLuise. Serve this on a bed of lettuce. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut in 2-inch pieces |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes, or until just cooked. Drain. 2. Immediately rinse asparagus under cold running water until it has cooled. Drain well. 3. Combine asparagus in a bowl with remaining ingredients. |
