This is from the George Foreman Grilling cookbook. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon fresh mint, fine chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup onion, fine chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, fine chopped |
2 garlic cloves, fine minced |
1 cup unflavored low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped |
1/2 cup tomato, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Use immediately. |
