Hardy Beef Stew Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs stewing beef, cubed |
3 celery ribs, cut on bias |
5 carrots, cut in half lenth wise |
2 large onions, sliced |
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Place all ingrediants in a 3 quart stew pot and stir until mixed. Cover and bake in a 200 F oven for 3 to 4 hours. |
