Just had this yesterday and asked for the recipe. People loved it and It went fast ! Ingredients:
2, 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened |
2, cans chopped clams, reserve clam liquid |
Directions:
1. Finely chop or mince clams if need be
2. Into the softened cream cheese, mix in the clams and enough reserved juice to flavor dip
3. Serve immediately with chips, crackers etc.
4. If made ahead of time and refrigerated, bring dip to room temp before serving and if needed mix in some more of reserved clam liquid.
5. Thats it !
