Easiest Vinegar Pie Crust |

I found this recipe from the About Vinegar Book. It is very easy and makes a great pie crust. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/3 cup oil |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a pie pan and stir with a fork until the flour is barely moist. 2. Use the fingers to press and smooth the dough onto the sides and bottom of the pie pan, forming a fluted edge along the top. 3. Prick with a fork and bake at 350 until lightly browned. 4. (or add filling and bake). |
