I adapted a recipe I found in an old cookbook, it's really cheap and quick, perfect for college students! Ingredients:
1 can of tomato paste (140 grams) |
half a liter of milk |
1 tsp sugar |
1 tsp salt |
1 cube of tom yam broth (i usually use this, but any other type of broth will do just as well) |
optional |
grated cheese |
every spice you like and/or have in your cupboard |
Directions:
1. Put a pot on medium heat 2. Add the tomato paste 3. Add the milk, using the can: 4 cans of milk is enough 4. (if you like your soup to be not very thick, you can add 1 can of water instead of milk) 5. Add the bouillon cube 6. Add any other spice you like 7. Bring to a boil 8. Tada! |
