I don't remember where I got this, but nothing could be any easier or quicker! My baby brother eats a pound all by himself! Ingredients:
2 lbs easy peel large shrimp, unpeeled, thawed if frozen and rinsed |
1 (12 ounce) bottle beer |
1 quart water |
Directions:
1. Bring water and beer to a boil. 2. Add shrimp, cover and immediately remove from heat. 3. Leave lid on for 7 minutes, drain shrimp and plunge into ice water to stop cooking. 4. Serve cold. 5. The shrimp come out so sweet and tender! |
