This is so easy to make that even I never messed it up! It is also very tasty and tender no matter what cut of meat you use! Ingredients:
2 -3 lbs beef roast (frozen or thawed) |
1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
water |
Directions:
1. Put 1/2 of soup in bottom of crock pot. 2. Place the beef roast in crock pot. 3. Add packet of soup mix. 4. Add remainder of soup. 5. May add 1/2 can of water (if more gravy is desired). 6. Cook on low/medium for 8 hours. |
