This is a quick way to make mexican rice Ingredients:
3 cups instant rice |
3 cups chicken broth |
4 tablespoons tomato paste |
1 pinch cumin |
1 pinch garlic powder |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Bring 3 cups chicken broth, tomato paste, cumin, butter and garlic powder to boil. Once boiling add rice and mix well. Cover pot and remove from heat. Let stand 5-7 minutes and fluff rice and serve. |
