Best and easiest mac n cheese I've ever had Ingredients:
16 oz elbow macaroni |
5 cups skim milk |
5 tbsp light butter |
12 oz reduced fat shredded cheese |
12 oz shredded swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and bake 350F 30 mins, stir, another 30 mins. take out of oven and stir. then let sit for 15 - 20 mins. stir again and add salt and pepper to taste. eat 2.
