It is unbelievably easy, very good for you, diet-friendly...and delicious! The chicken literally melts in your mouth. It's addictive too :) Ingredients:
400 g chicken thighs (or any other part you prefer) |
1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes |
1/2 head cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces |
1 large onion |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 bay leaves |
2 tablespoons ketchup (optional) |
1 tablespoon chicken stock |
Directions:
1. Dump everything in a large pan. 2. Cook for about an hour or so, if too dry add a little water. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. That's it! |
