I love this simple recipe because it is so easy to make and tastes delish!! It came from the fact that I'd tried and experimented with a handful of recipes that were more complicated and didn't fit with what I was looking for. I finally decided to eliminate everything but the basics. I love the result. Ingredients:
4 large hass avocadoes (8 medium can be substituted) |
2 tomatoes |
1/2 cup red onion |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
Directions:
1. Finely chop the red onion. 2. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the onion. 3. Dice the avocadoes and stir them in a bowl with a fork. Do not mush them. You want them to be a little chunky. Add the tomatoes and onion. 4. Add the sour cream to taste. |
