Easiest Ever Corn Casserole |

This recipe is super easy to throw together for a holiday party or as a side dish. It comes out perfectly delicious every time and is great with meatloaf, turkey, or chicken. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn |
1 cup milk |
2 cups saltine crackers (crushed) |
1 small onion (finely chopped) |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine in a bowl corn, milk, crackers, and onion and mix with a spoon until blended. 3. Mix in a liberal pinch of salt and pepper to taste. 4. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish and dab butter on top. 5. Place in oven for 30-35 minutes until top is bubbly and slightly golden brown. 6. Enjoy! |
