Protein Breakfast Sandwich Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1 slice of low fat cheese |
1 whole wheat english muffin |
1 cup of salsa |
Directions:
1. Poach 1 egg white. Toast a whole wheat english muffin. when egg is done put a slice of low fat cheese over it then put on muffin and top it off with salsa. |
