Healthy low cal high fiber soup Ingredients:
2 quarts water |
1 cup rutabagas |
3 cups corn |
16 oz tomatoes |
16 oz black beans |
1 cup potatoes (diced) |
1 cup cabbage |
1/2 onion |
3 cloves garlic |
1 cup chicken broth |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
8 oz turkey sausage (diced) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in water 2. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer for two hours. |
