Serve hot or cold over ice cream, plain cake or custard. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar |
2/3 cup corn syrup |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Bring sugar and corn syrup to a full boil for 5 minutes. 2. Cool slightly and add a can of evaporated milk and vanilla. 3. Bottle and store in fridge. |
