Try this with your favorite Margarita or Mexican beer! If you like it hot , add some chopped jalapenos. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can of your favorite chili |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup chopped tomato |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
sliced black olives (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place chili in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to low and slowly stir in sour cream and cheese. 3. When cheese is melted, stir in tomatoes and onion. 4. Place in a serving dish and garnish with black olive slices, if desired. 5. Serve warm with tortilla chips. |
